The location was nice and great for christmas in Wloclawek. The staff was competent and very amiable in all services. The queen room was decent sized and warm, with a balcony and a storage.

The hotel is located in a beautiful closed park, surrounded by stunning gardens. It really feels like a palace! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the park - such a peaceful and relaxing view. And the breakfast buffet was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Włocławek! The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I also loved the attention to detail, with rooms overlooking the park and a lovely balcony. The location was great, situated in a quiet neighborhood in the city center.
All in all, everything was amazing during my stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms at good value. The breakfast was great, well-prepared and had a decent variety of items. The hotel has a well-maintained garden, perfect for relaxing in on a sunny day. Its location was close to public transport and city attractions were easily accessible.
The hotel was lacking personality and character. while our room was clean and comfortable, the overall decor and ambiance felt outdated and tired.
